The seven individually and uniquely designed apartments, ranging in size from 40 to 120 m², offer all the comforts of home: a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with a dining area, a generous bathroom with a walk-in shower, and comfortable beds featuring mattresses made from natural materials by a small Black Forest artisanal workshop. A covered seating area in the courtyard, complete with a garden, is also included. The apartments feature a raw, urban aesthetic and are uniquely furnished with classic pieces, accessories, and original art that reflect the owners’ passion for design. The barn is located in the center of Gundelfingen, on the outskirts of Freiburg. Shopping, restaurants, recreational activities, playgrounds, and public transportation are all within walking distance. Freiburg is just a 15-minute tram ride away. Numerous hiking and biking trails invite you to explore the surrounding area (e.g., Markgräflerland, Kaiserstuhl, Glottertal, the Black Forest, Europa-Park, Alsace, Switzerland), as well as to go skiing or golfing.
