Come stay at our beautiful house in centrally located Royal Oak. Several walking trails at the doorstep along with multiple parks. House is a 5 minute drive to multiple shopping centers, 10 minute drive to downtown Victoria and a 20 minute drive to Butchart Gardens. House is in a quiet residential area with a bus stop 200m from the front door. Located up on the hill, you will have beautiful mountain views and stunning sunsets from the kitchen/dining area.
The space
You will have access to the entire house and property. House has 3 bedrooms (queen bed, double bed, and crib) as well as separate office. The recently redone kitchen is open to the living room and dining room with views of the mountains and neighbourhood park. There is a bathroom upstairs which was updated in 2019 complete with shower/bath as well as a secondary bathroom downstairs with a shower. Downstairs you will also find a large playroom great for kids and a 2nd TV that is excellent for movie watching and relaxing. House has new washer/dryer and area for laundry.
Outside you have a fully fenced yard with fruit trees, BBQ, and a large deck for enjoying the spring/summer. Outdoor furniture is provided so you are able to not only enjoy the local parks and trails but also in the private backyard of the house. The front yard has large gardens and very private as it is set up on the hill.
Be aware of the stairs up to the house (and within) as they are not wheelchair accessible.
