Travel Purpose: business

Positive: I thought it was a hotel, but its a room in a house, with others. It was hot for us, because we didn't set the air-conditioning correctly. There is a nice bathroom, and mini kitchen room. THe locks are all codes and an app for the front door, which is fine if its ok with you. The other people in the house were nice. Its small. There is a pull out futon in the chair but we didnt' really know about it. a 3rd bed.

Negative: We were without a car for our stay, and had some late night plans with dinner with friends etc. I know parts of new haven are safe and parts are not as safe, and I was not sure which it is. But when we asked, is this safe neighborhood, they got mad at me, and said what is your problem? Besides that the guy who welcomed us was really helpful, and made things work!! :) We walked around at night, its an ok neighborhood, a little dicey for me.

Summary: Its a room in a house, not a hotel!
