The space
Very unique custom built ranch style home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom + upper Loft mixed use room . Named ‘Faithful Oak’ as it has some beautiful mature, very large Oak trees. Home is on a 4 acres in a valley with mountains in background. 1 king bed + 3 queen beds and loft futon that is queen sized . Long Asphalt driveway, then very large compacted gravel parking area at the front of the home. Still developing and clearing the rear of the property. At the back dirt roads and lots of parking , enough for parking a mid size RV (no electrical or hook ups for RV) .Separated detached ADU home to the right of the main house with renters who are friendly and will give you your space and privacy.

Loft that you get to by a spiral staircase that can be used as additional open bedroom, office, game, music, reading or tea room and has modern couch that easily flips flat for queen mattress sized that can slept on. Have some games located here and also a drum set and guitar.

Dining area can seat up to 8-10 people, with leaves under the table to adjust length. Unique as it has glass patio doors on all four sides. Sliding Glass barn doors to the backyard.
