Summary: Pool was freezing, hot tub lukewarm and dirty, kids using it as a pool which was understandable given the temperature of the pool plus the air temperature was so cold adults wearing their winter coats while they sat and watched kids complain and freeze in the cold water. Breakfast was mediocre sausage and biscuits but no gravy. No pancakes or waffles. Cereal choices not kid friendly. We stay here specifically because of the water park for the kids. You need to invest more money into your heating system. By the waytgehallwdys we’re freezing too. The hotel was quiet at nighttime and the room was clean and comfortable.
