Summary: First off, i want to say the price for the property was the reason i booked it. It was much cheaper than other options. I read the reviews and was mostly prepared for the property conditions. The day of check-in, you will receive a text with a link to unlock the various gates and doors for the property, and i had no issues with this. The parking spot that was listed in the automatic message was i correct. A neighbor came out and informed us that the parking spot listed was wrong and we would be towed if we parked there. She told us to park next to the dumpster instead and thats what we did. We made multiple attempts to message the host via the vrbo app and text the number listed for the property but never received a response. There was in fact a vehicle parked in the listed space, but we had no issues parking next to the dumpsters. There is also free street parking outside the gate but the area is a little sketchy. When you go into the building it smells like old trash pretty bad. I saw someone say the pool was gross as well, but we didnt go swimming. The keybox on the outside of the door is broken. The door was just unlocked with the key hanging inside. The bedroom looks like it was supposed to have a barn door on it, but it is no longer there. The room was clean, the only thing that wasnt is the bathroom vent. There is no laundry detergent or dishwasher pods so bring your own. The king bed is comfortable, but the futon and cot are not and need more blankets/pillows.
