Stay in a charming, newly renovated, century home located in the Victoria Park Historic District! You'll have the entire third floor to yourself (private entrance with smart lock). The space is a 1 bed 1 bath & includes many amenities to make your stay comfortable & memorable.
Enjoy a comfy queen bed, kitchenette (with well-stocked coffee bar!), smart tv with Roku, sunny reading nook, working space, & balcony patio. The freshly renovated bathroom features a rainfall showerhead & heated floors.
Our house was built in 1907 and many of the historic features have been maintained over the years including the wood features and stained glass. The top floor has been newly renovated and is a fun colourful contrast to the more traditional parts of the home.
Your suite is the entire top/third floor and is separated from the rest of the house. It has a private entrance with a smart lock for self check-in. There are many stairs to get up to the suite (as pictured).
Although this suite is located in our home you will feel very separated from the rest of the house. Sound does not carry to or from the third floor easily.
Our house is centrally located, near a busy intersection and some traffic noise is unavoidable (particularly around rush hour). That being said, the windows were all upgraded and do an excellent job of dampening sound. If traffic is heavy we suggest doing a 3 point turn in the driveway in order to exit the driveway facing forward.
Our backyard is shared with us (so we may be out there at times) but you are welcome to use it as well! It is hardscaped and fully fenced. Please note, only guests that are staying at the property (max 3 people) are permitted to use the backyard.
