It’s always five o’ clock at our cozy oasis located just steps from FMB! Quaint street close to the iconic Times Square & dozens of restaurants. Short 5 min walk to deeded walkway to Fort Myers Beach. Boating your thing? Canal access is at the end of the street. Times Square and Margaritaville are a 10 min walk from the house. Relax back at home in the heated pool with sun deck!
Welcome to our lovely ranch home! The exterior has a screened in front patio, perfect for relaxing in the evenings or mornings. Upon entry, to the left is a living room area with sectional and TV. To the right is a dining area, a queen sized Murphy bed chest and the entrance to the kitchen. You'll find an electric range, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and stocked kitchen with supplies for your stay. Off the back of the kitchen is the laundry/supplies room and entrance to the backyard. Back at the living room, the hallway leads to a bathroom on the left and then both bedrooms at the end of the hall. The left bedroom has a king bed, closet and plenty of storage space and its own TV. The right bedroom is the master with a king bed, tv, closet and attached bathroom with walk in shower.
