You will have exclusive access to the entire apartment for the duration of your stay. You will not have to share it with me or another guest that is not on the reservation
The reservation includes Self-Check-in process, so you can arrive anytime on your check-in day after your Check-in time.
I send you easy step-by-step Check-in instructions a full day before your arrival so you have all the info you need on hand before you get here. It makes planning your trip and the arrival easy and smooth.
I also have written you a couple of messages that send automatically during your trip (so you have info you need when you need it), with helpful tips and instructions.
I don`t greet my guests in person, but I am super responsive daytime and evenings, for any over night messages I will get back to you first thing in the morning.
I do prefer communicating through the app in messages, it helps my assistant be aware of your requests if I am not available to respond quickly. My phone number is available for severe emergencies. I always have someone in the city available to help you in event of some emergencies.
If you are planning for late night Check-in, after midnight, please be sure I am aware ahead of time (see additional rules).
