Our home is situated directly on the P'tit Train Du Nord. With no North, or East neighbors, you really feel like the trail is your own playground. With access directly from our 4 car parking lot.
Inside you have a tastefully renovated chefs kitchen, with stainless steel appliances, and unique coffee station featuring a 100 year old McClary oven.

The space
Our modern farm house has a super cozy feel to it. As you enter the front door, you walk into a large mudroom with plenty of space to bring in your gear, sit down and take your shoes/boots off. This flows into the hallway that connects you to the rest of the space. Both Bedrooms and Bathroom are accessed in this hall.
This opens up to the Kitchen and onwards to the dining and living spaces.
There is a backdoor that leads to the patio as well as our big yard which you are welcome to explore.
Guest access
Getting around is super easy.
We are located within 3 km from multiple grocery stores, pharmacies and restaurants. The city center is 5 minutes away by foot.
Highway 15 and Route 117 are both accessed very easily.
If public transit is your choice, there is also the Inter-bus route that passes by the front of the house, with routes bringing you as far south as Saint Jerome and as far north as Mont Laurier.
Parking:
We have free parking for up to 4 vehicles. After that there is plenty of street parking for free aswell.
Other things to note
Originally built as a single family home in 1935, this house has plenty of charm. It was converted to a duplex in the 1990's. That being said, we live upstairs full time with my dogs Ollie and Taquita and kitty named Zuchinni. So you may hear us from time to time.
We have done the best we can to reduce the noise transfer between units. And we think its really good. But this remains a 88 year old house.
