This 1918 Edwardian home has been lovingly restored with refinished fir floors, new wiring, and updated bathroom and kitchen. With three decks in the back and one in the front, there's lots of outdoor space to stretch out and relax. The upper deck is furnished and has a firetable and bbq. The middle deck has a large hot tub and while Mom n Dad are relaxing there the kids can try their hand at bocce or ping pong. The rear and side yards are entirely fenced.
There's 4 bedrooms; 3 with queen size beds and one with a single bed. An eighth person could sleep on the couch (linen provided) or on an air mattress (also provided) in the front room.
We gutted the kitchen and refitted it with new appliances, cabinets and a granite-top island. The bathroom was done the year before and now sports marble counters and travertine walls and floor. There's also a large, formal dining room for meals and games. The office is on the south side of the house and is surrounded by windows. Wifi, 2 TV's with cable and Netflix and stereo are all included as are the washer and dryer. Instructions for each are in the house manual on site.
