Enjoy an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico from this two bedroom, two bathroom condominium with a sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit has your own private balcony and is just steps from the beach. Close to the North end of the island and a short walk to shops, restaurants, and library.
We would like to note that there is still construction occurring on the building of Pelican Watch and the experience will be different than if you stayed at Pelican Watch prior to hurricane Ian. The association has been hard at work to repair the elevator and pool but it will take time, please reach out to us and we can provide the most up to date status of the repair.
This property is restricted to monthly rentals during peak season (Jan-Mar). Rentals must be from the beginning of the month to the end of the month, multi-month rentals available. Bi-weekly stays available in off season. Mid-month arrival or departure must be approved prior to rental.
$100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. The minimum age to rent is 25 years old.
