This is a modern renovated 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom home in the Normanhurst neighbourhood of Hamilton. In the summer time you can enjoy the backyard.

This is a basement 2 bedroom unit in a detached home. There are no shared spaces since you have a completely separate entrance to the unit. It is newly renovated with stainless steel appliances. There is no carpet and hardwood floor throughout the unit.
The bedrooms are equipped with a queen sized bed and double bed, all with new linens and memory foam mattresses. All bedrooms are nice and big and each has their own closet. There is a nice big backyard for you to hang out and bask in the sun.
I do not live on site but am always available by phone. Please do not hesitate to ask if you need something. I try to be as accommodating as possible!

It is 6 minute drive away from Eastgate Square and less than 10 minutes drive to King's Forest Golf Club and Glendale Golf and Country Club.
