This 5 bedroom raised ranch is located only a .7 miles from Scarborough State Beach in the Eastward Look South neighborhood. Perfect for families with plenty of space. There are two living areas, two decks, central a/c, and wireless internet. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and a flat screen TV. There is an enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower and the owner also provides beach chairs and a beach umbrella.
Pet fee: Pet friendly on a case by case basis (0-25lbs). If approved there will be a $200.00 nonrefundable pet fee per pet, an additional $50.00 cleaning fee per pet.
Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
