Enter on the main level with a view of Lake Hartwell and the expansive Great Room down stairs with an 85" TV. To the right is a comfortable sitting area off the eat in kitchen, which opens to a deck, overlooking the lake. Opposite side upstairs is the Owners suite, with a fireplace, private deck, huge closet ; another bedroom and a full bath. Half bath for guests in the foyer area. There is a dual staircase with landing into a generous Great Room on the lower level, with fireplace, views of the lake with full windows on rear of the home. There is another bedroom with 2 queen beds and also an additional sleeping area with a twin/full bunk. Also on the lower level there is a foosball table and workout equipment. A closet under the staircase contains many games including cornhole. Also a cot and playpen are stored here for use. A path of pavers leads to the boat dock. The owner keeps their boat in the slip but there is plenty of room to tie up on the side.
