When you're done exploring the city, come home and unwind to a fully stocked and renovated 2br/1ba modern suite with a private balcony and views of the bayfront. There is no better rental in the city!
The Space:
No expenses were spared in the renovation of this historic building - a full kitchen with quartz countertops, designer furniture (including a massive couch for extra guests), flat screen TVs with Netflix and cable in every room, custom colored lighting and built-in bluetooth speakers in the bathroom, etc.
NOISE: 20 Hypolita is in the center of the city and is surrounded by amazing restaurants, bars and activities, so there is a potential for late night noise (mostly on weekends). Casa Maya Restaurant is literally right next door and has LIVE MUSIC on weekends until 10:30pm that you WILL be able to hear inside of our apartment.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Both bedrooms have queen beds to accommodate 4 people. If your group has 6 guests, the living room couch can be combined with the 2 large ottomans to make an additional sleeping space for 2 people. We provide extra sheets, pillows and blankets for the couch. This is mostly suitable for children.
PARKING: There is no dedicated parking available for the apartment, but the City of St. Augustine has an abundance of paid parking spots surrounding the area. A great option for parking your car at a fixed rate is the parking garage, which is about a 5-7 minute walk from the apartment. For a one-time $15 fee, you can park and leave your car for the length of time it is there. If you plan on exiting and re-entering during your stay, we recommend purchasing an unlimited pass for $34.08, which can be purchased at the parking office, which is located on the first floor of the garage. You will be required to provide your vehicle registration and the receipt of the original $15 payment and they will credit that amount towards the $34.08.
SECURITY CAMERA: The home has an active security camera installed at the front door, inside the main gate to the property (Ring Video Doorbell). No private areas can be seen and there are no other cameras inside or outside the home
